Mission

The mission of the consultancy is to utilise the experience Graham has accrued over the last 25+ years to assist the NHS, private sector clients, and industry colleagues to realise their ambitions by providing expert advice, guidance and leadership on cost-effective healthcare and public sector procurement, briefing and design. Business development and bid strategy also form core services at the heart of the consultancy.

Leadership

Senior roles which Graham has performed include leading successful design teams on a range of complex acute, primary, community, mental health and specialised healthcare facilities and associated education projects in the UK and internationally. He has acted as a trusted technical advisor to a range of NHS bodies developing projects from initial feasibility through to completion on site and beyond. A Director of Keppie for 10+ years during which time the practice experienced unprecedented success and growth; he was also part of the senior leadership team which ensured that the practice weathered the storms of the recent recession.

Profile

Graham is one of the UK’s most experienced healthcare Architects and a Fellow of the RIAS. With 25+ years in practice, he has been involved in 50+ healthcare projects with a combined value of >£3bn including designing 3000+ bed spaces across 15+ countries. Outside of work Graham enjoys playing the ‘cello, coaching & refereeing mini-rugby, playing golf and the occasional 10k road race.
